Introduction:

Over the years there has been an increased demand for international management graduates with a broad-based international business education. This is due to the growing economic independence between nations and the efforts of many companies to build a global presence.

At Nottingham Business School we have recognised that demand early with our International Business course, which develops outstanding graduates well-equipped to influence and make significant contributions to international business and management.

The course will equip you with the understanding of accounting, finance, culture, marketing, logistics and operations within an international business and how these impact the real-world.

Additionally there is language training on this course which enhances your employability following graduation as employment prospects are increased for graduates with a high level of fluency in business-focused foreign languages. We are one of the few UK universities to offer language training on our course.

The course can be studied over three years or four years with a placement. If you choose to study the four-year placement route then you will spend a year overseas after your second year. The year can be spend at a partner institution studying, or completing a placement, either overseas or in an internationally-focused organisation in the UK.
