How procurement works at NTU
All NTU purchases follow the University’s Procurement Policy. We will always ask you to supply a quote to our brief and may also request a proposal for the delivery of services (in writing by email).
Depending on the value of the service, we may also:
- Request quotations from several different suppliers
- Run a formal tender process for higher-value contracts
