Carbon Management Programme workshops will help your businesses to understand and embed low carbon and sustainable practices into your operations. You will be supported to develop a Decarbonisation Plan that can reduce your costs, enhance reputation, meet customer demand, respond to emerging legislative changes and win new business with strong tender applications.
This is a one day workshop programme which will be delivered by NTU academics and specialists in carbon management and will broadly cover the following areas:
- Understanding the context and business case for carbon management
- Measuring carbon footprint for your businesses
- Identifying the carbon reduction measures and strategies
- Developing a tailored decarbonisation plan for your business.
In addition, you can get bespoke 1 to 1 consultancy to assess your current company operations and how best to implement innovative carbon reduction strategies within a decarbonisation plan that are cost effective and meet the needs of your business. This will also be a great opportunity to get your questions answered.
As part of the Carbon Management Workshops, we understand that taking time out is not only a time commitment but often a financial one as well, so to help offset this, we’re providing a bursary of £300 for participating businesses to attend and complete the programme.
