Graduate Compliance Officer

As the Graduate Compliance Officer you will be coordinating the effective delivery of a variety of compliance and regulatory activities and initiatives and support our work in compliance, risk and business continuity management.

We are currently offering an exciting opportunity for a Graduate Compliance Officer to join our team and support our work in compliance, risk and business continuity management.

This role is based in the Legal Services and Operational Resilience teams within the Governance and Legal Services Department, where you will be coordinating the effective delivery of a variety of compliance and regulatory activities and initiatives, including but not limited to: designing and delivering compliance and regulatory activities across the organisation, developing and delivering improvements to the way the department structures and manages records and information of a statutory nature, and the dissemination of advice and guidance promoting best practice.

We are looking for a proactive and passionate individual, who is highly organised and has good attention to detail as well as strong interpersonal communication skills. Experience of working with a range of people to advise upon and deliver successful compliance and regulatory advice/guidance would be advantageous, but not essential. Applicants need to be able to work well in a team and get involved in all aspects of our compliance and regulatory activities.

Person specification

This is a Graduate Development Programme role available for a fixed term of 12 months. Applicants need to be current NTU students in their final year or have graduated from NTU within the last two years (2018 summer graduation).
