Nottingham Trent University (NTU) is pleased to offer free (fully funded) places on this course to support employees of small and medium businesses that are based in Nottinghamshire or Derbyshire.
The extent, pace and scale of change businesses need to manage has grown significantly, particularly for small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs), this can pose challenges around the resources, capacity or skills needed to manage change.
Our Effective Change Management course is designed to help senior professionals, managers and leaders within SMEs to develop knowledge and skills in managing change. The course will help you to understand how to design, implement and lead change effectively.
