What you’ll study

Course overview

Effective project management is paramount in today’s business landscape.  In a world characterised by rapid technology advancements, fierce competition and evolving customer expectations, businesses must effectively plan, execute and monitor their projects to stay competitive and deliver value.

Effective project management ensures that resources are optimally allocated, minimising waste and maximising potential, especially where budgets are often tight and securing new business is challenging, at best.

Project management enables businesses to adapt swiftly to changing market conditions whether that is responding to emerging opportunities or managing and mitigating threats effectively. Additionally, effective project management promotes collaboration and communication amongst team members, fostering a cohesive work environment that enhances productivity and creativity.

The course will be delivered over five 2-hour workshops during November.
