This one-day session is intended to support women to build their confidence to lead, whatever stage they are in their leadership journey.

It’s designed to empower women and build confidence to lead with purpose. Whether you are an aspiring leader, a seasoned professional in leadership roles, or an entrepreneur, this course will provide the tools and insights to enhance your leadership capabilities.

You will focus on developing a leadership mindset and overcoming obstacles that can hold women back, all while fostering a strong sense of community among like-minded women.

What you’ll study

The course covers essential aspects of leadership, specifically tailored for women. It will equip you with skills to become a woman of influence, whether in your organisation, industry, or community.

During the course you will:

  • Explore what it means to you to be a leader
  • Identify your strengths as a leader
  • Explore some of the obstacles that can hold women back
  • Develop your ability to be a woman of influence
  • Identify a powerful support network.

What you'll gain:

By the end of the course, you will have a deeper understanding of your leadership potential and personal leadership style.

You will leave with practical strategies to navigate common challenges and build confidence in your ability to lead effectively, and have an action plan to continue to build your confidence as an influential leader.

You will have access to a supportive network of like-minded women, fostering collaboration and connection as you move forward in your leadership journey.
