Accommodation message boards
Our online message boards allows students to advertise rooms to other students looking for accommodation.
This board is used to connect students contracted to rooms they no longer require with students in need of accommodation.
It can be used to advertise rooms in Purpose-Built Student Accommodation (NTU or private) as well as HMOs.
Please note that this board cannot be used to facilitate a contract takeover and can only be used to advertise. Once students agree in principle to a contract takeover, they must contact the relevant provider to approve and facilitate a takeover.
