Role

Sihle is co-module leader for the Personal and Professional Development module for first year students at Nottingham Business School. As part of this role, she mentors students and works as part of the core personalisation team responsible for developing teaching and learning materials as well as managing the events programme aimed at developing students’ personal and professional development needs. Alongside this, Sihle teaches on the BA International Business programme and is part of the team which delivers the Academic, Professional and Career Development programme to MSc Marketing students.

Career overview

Prior to joining NTU, Sihle held a number of teaching, training, coaching, and mentoring positions in tertiary and Higher education contexts. She delivered programmes to PhD and Masters students at the university of Leicester and the University of Sheffield. She held Learning Adviser positions where she was instrumental in developing programmes to facilitate progression for at risk students.
