Role
Jacqueline is a Lecturer within the Fashion Marketing department, leading on the Fashion Branding and Promotions module while being a core member of the Marketing Strategy and Insights module.
Positive towards an active learning approach, implementing team-based learning, and SCALE-UP within a workshop environment, her teaching style draws on combining theory with industry examples.
In addition to her teaching responsibilities, Jacqueline also acts as a personal tutor to Level 6 students, optional placement students and post-graduate students.
Career overview
With over 2 decades of experiencing working in the FMCG environment, and luxury hair and beauty, Jacqueline has strived to build a positive reputation within the beauty market as a specialist in brand building and management. A skilled strategic marketer with commercial astuteness and experience of maximising the awareness, sales, and profitability of recognised brands through the implementation of the marketing mix.
As a brand and marketing consultant, Jacqueline has worked on a variety of brand launches and relaunches as a consultant, where an aptitude for driving and integrating market communications, brand development, product launches and account management have all been invaluable.
External activity
Within Nottingham Trent University, Jacqueline worked as a business consultant for SME’s operating within the East Midlands to support their market growth by establishing their brand strategy, driving the awareness of their business to new customers and/or markets, and developing integrated marketing plans.
