If you've already accessed our wellbeing self-help resources and would like some more help, we have a range of specialist wellbeing services to support you.
Please note NTU Wellbeing services are not a mental health crisis service and do not replace statutory services. To ensure your safety, you can access further resources if you feel you are at risk.
- Get wellbeing support for yourself
- Do you need help? If so, fill out this wellbeing form and include as much detail as possible to help us respond appropriately.
- Get wellbeing support for another student
- If you're worried a student is at risk, fill out this wellbeing referral form and include as much detail as possible to help us respond appropriately. Ensure you have the student's consent first.
- Get help to get back on track with your studies
- If your personal circumstances are impacting your studies, get in touch with our Student Support Advisers for advice and support. You can complete this form on behalf of a student, with their consent.
- Concerned about suicide
- If you become aware that a student is at risk, considering suicide and in need of emergency assistance to keep safe, seek immediate help by calling 999. Find out what other support is available.
