Contested Probate and Personal Injury
Following a successful launch in 2023/24, we continued to offer a one-off advice service for personal injury matters via our collaboration with national firm, Hodge Jones & Allen. The personal injury service assists those who have been injured through no fault of their own and who need free, accessible advice to understand their rights and potential next steps.
We extended that collaboration to include a contested probate service, providing one-off advice to clients with concerns about a deceased person’s estate or wishing to challenge the validity of a will.
We assisted a total of eight clients via this collaboration and we are incredibly grateful to Hodge Jones & Allen for enabling us to expand both our services to the community and our student opportunities.
