The employment law service advises clients in unlawful deduction from wages and unfair dismissal matters. We also provide one–off advice on more complex areas of employment law, as well as offering ongoing support up to and including representation at the Employment Tribunal.
Case study
A highlight of the year involved assisting and representing a claim that ultimately settled for a five-figure sum. A number of our students were involved in the case and observed the different parts of being a representative at an employment tribunal, which ultimately resulted in a successful settlement in this instance.
