Fees and funding
Apprenticeships are not funded by apprentices themselves, meaning you leave with a University level qualification and no tuition debt.
How is an apprenticeship funded?
Apprenticeships are sponsored and paid for by employers, meaning that you won't have to pay any tuition fees to Nottingham Trent University. As of April 2017, there has been allocated funding accessible for many UK employers, and — depending on the size of their organisation — certain co-investment or full funding is also available from the government.
This means that whilst you won't be entitled to any student finance, you also won't build up any student debt. Instead, you'll earn a full-time apprentice's wage from your employer, while you continue with your learning.
