Why did you choose to study your course at NTU?

I’ve been working in the food industry for more than 20 years but I don’t have any professional qualifications for this industry.

What do you enjoy most about your course?

Practical laboratory testing.

What do you think about Brackenhurst Campus? What do you get up to in your spare time?

It is an exceptionally good place for study.

What is your top tip for someone considering studying/ living at Brackenhurst Campus?

Lots of walking so you should have rain coats and wellies.

Why would you recommend your course to someone considering studying it?

Excellent teaching and facilities. Exceptional place and staff are helpful with everything, particularly the library team.

What are your plans for after the course and how do you feel your course has/ will help you to achieve that goal?

I would like to continue in the food technical field. I hope this will help me to develop my career.
