Can you tell us a little bit about your Masters project?
“I’ve worked within the retail sector of the fashion industry and knew how an international brand works at a store level. I came to NTU with the aim of gaining a deeper understanding of the fashion retail industry. The course is giving me an insight on brands at an operational level, and what is needed to become an inspirational leader.

“I’m writing my research proposal on personalisation in Omni channel retailing. This includes areas such as consumer behaviour, the impact of digitalisation and the globalisation of international brands.”
