What made you choose to study at NTU?
"I really like the city, it's not too big and it has an amazing student atmosphere. For me personally, what really sold the course was the study exchange opportunity, the fact all the tutors are practicing photographers and that the course is fairly small so you quickly get familiar with people."
What do you enjoy most about studying Photography?
"I really enjoy the workshops that are run, they have provided me with so many opportunities to try out different types of photography and processes."
What do you think about the course staff?
"All the staff are really friendly and treat you fairly. They are always interested and willing to see your work and give you feedback."
What do you think about the course facilities?
"The facilities for this course are fantastic! I visited various universities during my application process and the darkroom facilities here at NTU are definitely the best I have seen. The photo store has everything you could ever want and the mac suites are kitted out to industry standard."
What do you like about studying and living in Nottingham?
"Nottingham is an amazing student city. I love how everything is accessible within a ten minute walk. The city is so vibrant and there is always something happening to suit your taste."
Would you recommend your course to someone looking to study Photography?
"I would recommend this course because of the enthusiastic tutors and excellent facilities. We also learn about the history of photography and how it fits into society. This knowledge really gives you the edge over other photographers in the professional world."
What would you like to do when you graduate?
"Right now I'm not 100% sure, however I'd love to be a war photographer or work for Greenpeace. I want to make a difference through photography."
