The project provided us with an opportunity to apply theories learnt to a real-life business situation. This hands-on experience will help us throughout our careers. What have you taken away from your experience working on the change project for Kaefer?
“The project with KAEFER enhanced my research skills and gave me the ability to understand innovation from a change management perspective. I developed time and stakeholder management skills and the ability to stay calm under the pressure of a tight deadline. As a team leader for the group, I had the opportunity to observe my leadership style and reflect on the feedback from my team members, tutors and the client. This has enabled me to see my blind spots and work on them."
