Tell us about your experience of the change project for Kaefer.

“Working with KAEFER as a part of the Strategic Change Consultancy (SCC) was a great experience. The project provided us with an opportunity to apply theories learnt to a real-life business situation. This hands-on experience will help us throughout our careers. Both the client representatives, Trevor and Julia were very encouraging and they helped us to understand the brief thoroughly"

What have you taken away from your experience working on the change project for Kaefer?

“The project with KAEFER enhanced my research skills and gave me the ability to understand innovation from a change management perspective. I developed time and stakeholder management skills and the ability to stay calm under the pressure of a tight deadline. As a team leader for the group, I had the opportunity to observe my leadership style and reflect on the feedback from my team members, tutors and the client. This has enabled me to see my blind spots and work on them."

How has your journey on this course and what you have learnt contributed to your career?

“I have experienced a complete transformation in a positive way on this MBA journey. I now look at the big picture and prioritize as per my goal. I have also gotten into the practice of reflecting on my work and it has helped me to improve personally and professionally. I could successfully land a placement, thanks to my MBA learnings.”

What advice would you give to someone applying or looking at studying the MBA?

"One piece of advice I would give is to enrol in this course with an open mind and a growth mindset. It is what you make of it hence be ready to give your 100% and the results would be rewarding. It is equally important to be mindful of not taking on too much in the beginning as it may be overwhelming. With a structured approach, time management and reflection, the journey becomes fruitful."
