What made you choose to study at NTU?
One of the main reasons I chose NTU was the diversity on campus – it’s a welcoming environment where people from many different backgrounds and cultures come together. That sense of inclusivity was important to me. I also had the opportunity to visit the laboratories before starting, and I was really impressed by the facilities. It helped me picture myself thriving there, both academically and personally.
What has been the highlight of your course so far?
The variety of lab-based experiences and assessments has been a highlight for me. We get to engage with different types of practical work that build both technical and analytical skills. I’ve also enjoyed taking part in projects run by the university, which allow us to apply our learning in creative and collaborative ways.
What are your future plans after graduation?
I hope to continue my studies with a postgraduate degree in pharmacology or a related biomedical field. Long term, I’d like to work in clinical research or the pharmaceutical industry, particularly in drug development or medical trials.
How have you found studying at NTU?
Studying at NTU has definitely helped me grow in confidence and develop a range of skills needed for my future career. From lab work to group projects and presentations, the course encourages both academic and personal growth. It’s given me a solid foundation to build on.
What advice would you give to others?
Take advantage of all the opportunities NTU offers – both academic and extracurricular. Don’t be afraid to ask questions, try new things, and step out of your comfort zone. University is a place to grow, not just academically, but also as an individual.
