Festival of Mental Health
Maintaining your mental health and wellbeing throughout the stressful times in your educational journey, can sometimes be difficult. You may find exams periods or the transition from further education to higher education challenging.
Taking part in the free NTU Festival of Mental Health (#NTUFoMH) will give you useful skills to employ should you ever need them.
You will take part in a number of practical sessions to learn various techniques that could be helpful in times of stress, as well as meet other students who are keen to learn and have new experiences.
