Annual PhD studentship competition
Thank you to everyone who applied for our previous annual Strategic Research Theme PhD studentships that closed on the 13 February. Key dates for this competition are outlined below.
- 13 February 2026: Final submission deadline. Only completed applications submitted by this date will be reviewed.
- February–May 2026: Applications are assessed by subject panels, and shortlisted candidates are invited for interviews.
- Week Commencing 18 May 2026: Successful applicants are notified of their awards.
