Starting on 10 March 2025, Green Week at NTU is an exciting opportunity for students and staff to explore global sustainability challenges and take meaningful action. Throughout the week, various interactive events and workshops will reduce eco-anxiety, promote positive behaviour change, and drive climate action.

‎‎Organised by the Sustainability Team, Green Week sees collaboration across departments such as NTSU, NTU Sport, NTU Global, and academic schools. Together, we’ll lead practical activities,  provide educational opportunities and showcase innovative research that aims to make a real impact, locally and globally, towards a more sustainable future.

There are a range of online and practical activities that both colleagues and students can take part in across our campuses, including:

  • Learn over lunch webinars on wildlife, biodiversity, sustainable technologies and more
  • Climate Cafes at the Libraries to discuss eco anxieties and meet likeminded others
  • A screening of the film Overheated at Confetti X
  • Seed planting at City and Clifton campuses
  • A Dr Bike stall
  • Well-being and eco crafts
  • Colleague networking sessions
  • Plus lots more!
