Mark Peacock, founder of PriceMaker Ltd, will share his pricing secrets and give you some ideas and strategies that you can start using in your business immediately.
You will learn:
- The pitfalls of commonly used pricing methods
- How a 1% increase in price can yield a 10% increase in net profits
- 50 pricing strategies & tactics – which one is right for your business?
- The psychology of pricing and how it can help increase your prices.
- How to communicate a change of price to your customers.
There will be a Q&A at the end where you can raise your own pricing issues and get answers to help you with your pricing challenges.
Lunch will be provided between 12:00-12:30.

Mark Peacock is a leading UK pricing expert and author of “Pricing for Success” and he helps SME businesses improve their pricing in Tech, Professional Services and Manufacturing industries. He is the founder and M.D of PriceMaker Ltd, a specialist pricing consultancy and has helped his clients create new pricing solutions that add significant bottom-line value (+20% average increase in net profits).
Mark previously spent 25 years working in the corporate world for brands such as DHL and The AA and was business unit director for two business units with £25M revenue and +100 staff where he grew profits by
+250% over 5 years. His broad expertise covers pricing, product management, sales, marketing, commercial strategy and P&L management. He is also a full member of the Chartered Institute of Marketing, the European Mentoring & Coaching Council and the Professional Speakers Association.
Eligibility Criteria
Eligible businesses should be small or medium sized, based in or trading from the Nottingham City Council area.
