New Writing and Reading for Pleasure – WRAP - Programme Launches at NTU

This October NTU launches WRAP, a new series of events and activities for students celebrating writing and reading for pleasure.

A selection of books

In partnership with our friends at Nottingham UNESCO City of Literature, NTU invites students to take part in online writing workshops and book groups, meet ups, masterclasses and talks from readers and authors. If there’s an opportunity to celebrate words and voices, WRAP will be part of it.

What do students get out of it?

Meeting new people across the university, exploring books and writing, or perhaps experimenting with your own writing. Co-produced with WRAP student ambassadors, WRAP is about loving words, listening to new voices, reading for pleasure and having the freedom and confidence to speak out. Everyone is welcome to read and write along. Look out for more news about what we are planning for Welcome Week.
