The support will be facilitated by experienced consultants from our internationally renowned and highly accredited Nottingham Business School (NBS) - Deborah Allcock (Head of Department - Management) and Sarah Ward (Course Leader). Both have a wealth of industry knowledge and practical business experience.

This programme is designed for an organisation’s senior management team, who are decision makers and instrumental to driving business strategy, development, and change.

The offer

In an initial 'Getting to Know your Business' workshop, our experts will work in the first instance ideally with two members of your senior management team (SMT) to review and reflect on:

  • your current strategy status – whether that be at early stages or assessing existing plans
  • opportunities and challenges
  • the direction and aims of your business

This initial workshop will inform the pathway of consultancy support our experts will facilitate with your SMT.

The benefit to your business

Our experts will take your SMT step-by-step through the process, and enable them to:

  1. take time out from the daily role and focus on the future
  2. constructively work together, share ideas, and promote internal discussions
  3. assess business aims and objectives
  4. consider how effective key messages are being communicated across the business
  5. work together to create a clearly defined strategy and implementation plan to achieve business growth
These workshops provide a great opportunity for company leaders to step out of their day-to-day role and take time to steer their business…. It's amazing what can be achieved in a short space of time by asking the business the right questions and having an agile approach.
