Final year NTU Fashion, Communication & Promotion BA (Hons) students had the opportunity to respond to a timely brief with the legendary artist:

How can we create opportunities for new audiences to engage with Andrew’s work and be inspired and transformed by his vivid history and uplifting and revolutionary values?

Senior Lecturer, Angi Fletcher travelled with a group of final year FCP students to visit The Andrew Logan Museum of Sculpture in Berriew, Welshpool as part of their live client experience and introduction to the brief.

Previously, in September to December 2021, NTU was proud to present The Joy of Sculpture in Bonington Gallery.  A solo exhibition, curated by Josh Lockwood-Moran, showcased a collection of Andrew Logan’s work spanning 50 years of practice.

Andrew – one of Britain’s most iconic artists, a sculptor, painter, and jewellery artist – is known for challenging convention, mixing media and playing with artistic values.

Our student voices:

I was completely and utterly blown away by the beauty and scale of his work, and can’t wait to get started on idea generating, concept creating and designing!" -  Lottie Baxter
