Our annual reports
In 2017, the UK Government introduced changes to the equality legislation (Equality Act 2010) that placed a legal duty on all employers with a workforce of 250 employees or more to publish data in relation to an organisation’s gender pay gap(s).
As a result, in 2020, NTU introduced the inclusion of the organisational ethnicity pay gap(s) data as part of the annual gender pay gap report. You can find more information about this by downloading and reading the following reports:
