Gender and Equality Pay Gap Reports

Read the gender and ethnicity pay gap reports, inclusive of ethnicity, and learn about some of the important steps we have introduced to promote equality and inclusivity.

In 2017 the Government introduced changes to the equality legislation (Equality Act 2010) that placed a legal duty on all employers with a workforce of 250 employees or more to publish data in relation to an organisation’s gender pay gap(s).

In 2020 NTU introduced the inclusion of the organisational ethnicity pay gap(s) data as part of the annual gender pay gap report.
