We are recruiting for an exciting opportunity as a Business Processes & Information Management Coordinator. The role is based within Estates who are responsible for providing strategic and operational support to the University's buildings, infrastructure and land.

This work will specifically focus on how Estates handles their business process and information.

The University has placed enormous trust in Estates to transform the physical land around NTU, and we take great pride in delivering a wide range of high quality, cost effective services to create inspiring and modern environments in which to live, work, study and socialise in.

The role will require engagement with key stakeholders throughout the Estates department and the ability to project manage and implement improvements to processes / systems.

They will implement the preferred solution through engagement of end-users. Experience of working with a range of people to devise and deliver successful projects would be advantageous, but not essential. Applicants need to be able to work well in a team and get involved in all aspects of Estates.

Please refer to the job description and person specification when completing your application to demonstrate how you meet the requirements for the role.

Applications from job seekers who require Tier 2 sponsorship to work in the UK are welcome and will be considered alongside all other applications. However, non-European Economic Area (EEA) candidates may not be appointed to a post if a suitably qualified, experienced and skilled EEA candidate is available to take up the post as the University is unlikely, in these circumstances, to satisfy the Resident Labour Market Test.

UK Visas and Immigration, part of the Home Office, requires employers to complete this test to show that no suitably qualified EEA or EU worker can fill the post.
