Graduate Business Processes and Information Management Coordinator

The successful candidate for the Business Processes & Information Management Coordinator will undertake a role that will work on reviewing the Estates departments functionality, developing efficient, innovative and effective solutions that can improve the way the department works.

We are recruiting for an exciting opportunity as a Business Processes & Information Management Coordinator. The role is based within Estates who are responsible for providing strategic and operational support to the University's buildings, infrastructure and land.

The successful candidate will undertake a role that will work on reviewing the Estates departments functionality, developing efficient, innovative and effective solutions that can improve the way the department works. This work will specifically focus on how Estates handles their business process and information.

The University has placed enormous trust in Estates to transform the physical land around NTU, and we take great pride in delivering a wide range of high quality, cost effective services to create inspiring and modern environments in which to live, work, study and socialise in.

The role will require engagement with key stakeholders throughout the Estates department and the ability to project manage and implement improvements to processes / systems.

We are looking for a proactive and self-motivated individual who can assimilate information and apply their existing knowledge to offer practical and streamlined solutions. They will implement the preferred solution through engagement of end-users. Experience of working with a range of people to devise and deliver successful projects would be advantageous, but not essential. Applicants need to be able to work well in a team and get involved in all aspects of Estates.

Person specification

This is a Graduate Development Programme role available for a fixed term of 13 months. Applicants need to be current NTU students in their final year or have graduated from NTU within the last two years (2018 summer graduation).
