Graduate Culture Programme and Marketing Coordinator

Department: Culture

Location: TBC / working from home
Salary: £23,500 p.a.
Closing date: Monday 10 May 2021

Applicants must be current NTU Undergraduate students in their final year or have graduated from their NTU Undergraduate degree within the last two years (2019 summer graduation).

We have an exciting opportunity for a Graduate Culture Programme and Marketing Coordinator to join our team, supporting the coordination, delivery and promotion of activities within Curated & Created – NTU’s extra-curricular culture programme. Curated & Created encompasses NTU Music, Bonington Gallery, WRAP (Writing, Reading and Pleasure), University Hall Concert Series, and Metronome.

Reporting to the Culture Officer and working closely with the Culture Manager and Culture Marketing Associate, this is a hands-on role in a small team where you’ll have the opportunity to make a significant contribution and see the impact of your work.

We are looking for an enthusiastic, proactive individual with a passion for culture and creativity. The ideal candidate will be highly organised, with excellent communication skills and an eye for detail. You’ll need to be able to work independently and as part of a team and have the ability to develop relationships with a variety of stakeholders – from current students through to senior management and external partners.

The successful candidate will support the planning, coordination, delivery and promotion of projects and events within Curated & Created. You’ll help coordinate data collection, reporting and analysis, provide project and event support, and create dynamic and engaging content for our blog and social media channels.

This is a varied role that will develop your skills in team working, data analysis and evaluation, project management and delivery, and marketing and communications.

Please refer to the job description and person specification when completing your application to demonstrate how you meet the requirements for the role.
