National Apprenticeship Week returns from 7 -13 February 2022 with a series of in-person and online events taking place at NTU and across the UK over the seven-day period.
The theme of this year’s National Apprenticeship Week is ‘Build the Future’ and focuses on the many ways that apprentices are having a positive impact on the workplace.

Delivered in partnership with Nottingham College and Nottingham Jobs, this event is a valuable opportunity for employers to find out more about apprenticeships and hear from other businesses that have taken on an apprentice. Open to employers across all industries, the conference will include an introduction from a surprise keynote speaker, a panel discussion with employers and their apprentices, and breakout sessions for businesses operating across 6 industry areas.
The conference will provide a rare opportunity to meet with apprentices and learn first-hand how an apprenticeship could impact your business. The conference is also open to existing NTU apprenticeship employers looking to expand their apprenticeship portfolio.

If you’d like to study an apprenticeship or you are a business looking for an apprentice, this event is for you. This fun and interactive match-making event gives you the opportunity to meet, network and discuss opportunities.

Equally, apprentices can showcase the support and dedication from their employers by nominating them for the Employer of the Year award.
Nominations will close on 14 January 2022 and we will be revealing the shortlist on Friday 11 February 2022. Shortlisted apprentices and employers will be invited to the Apprenticeship Awards at Nottingham Trent University’s City campus on 4 May 2022.
