Entry requirements

Your qualificationYou could study
Apolytirion

Offers for undergraduate degrees are made depending on the entry criteria of your chosen course – these will be stated in UCAS Tariff points.

As a guide we would look for:

  • 144 UCAS Tariff points =  19/20 (95%)
  • 128-136 =  18.5/20 (90%)
  • 120 =  18/20 (90%)
  • 112 = 17.5/20 (85%)
  • 104 = 17/20 (85%)
  • 96 = 17/20 (85%)
  • 88 = 15/20  (80%) plus recognised foundation
  • 80 = 15/20  (75%) plus recognised foundation
Apolytirion combined with A Levels

As a guide we would look for:

  • 144 UCAS Tariff points= 18/20 (90%) plus 2 A Levels grade B or 1 A Level grade A
  • 128-136= 17.5/20 (85%) plus 1 A Level grade B
  • 120= 17/20 (85%) plus 2 A Levels grade C or 1 A Level grade B
  • 112= 16.5/20 (80%) plus 2 A Levels grade C or 1 A Level grade
  • 104=  16/20 (80%) plus 2 A Levels grade C or 1 A Level grade
  • 96= 16/20 (80%) plus 1 A Level grade C
  • 88= 15/20  (80%) plus 1 A level grade D
  • 80= 15/20  (75%) plus 1 A level grade D

Bachelors degree

Postgraduate (Masters) degrees

  • 6.5/10; 13/20; or grade point average 2.6
Masters degreeA good grade in a Masters qualification is required for entry onto our research degrees

English language requirements

To meet the University's English language entry requirements you will need one of the following:

  • 16/20 in English in your Apolytirion is equivalent to IELTS 6.0
  • 17/20 in English in your Apolytirion  is equivalent to IELTS 6.5
  • an IELTS or other English language qualification accepted by the University at the appropriate grade.

Students who do not meet the English language requirements may be required to take a pre-sessional English language (PEAP) course.
