“I decided that a master’s degree will not only help me secure a better job but will also enhance my opportunities for advancing in my career.”

What made you choose NTU?

“NTU immediately won my heart when I came across its website. A modern university that is not afraid of putting new things to the test, acknowledged by many prestigious organisations (for example my degree is acknowledged by the Chartered Institute of Marketing) and a university that offers huge diversity among its students.”

What do you enjoy most about your course at NTU?

“I really enjoy the flexibility provided to tailor my learning on what I think will benefit my future career in the field.”

What do you think about the course staff? How do they support your learning and University experience?

“The help we get by all the staff, and not just our course staff but also library staff, technical staff and generally everyone in the university, is amazing. We can depend on their help on anything we need and they are always there to help us when needed. Even when things are not going as planned, the staff is there to help and motivate us to make the best of ourselves.”

What do you think about the facilities available to you?

“There is a huge variety of facilities offered by the university from places to study to sports areas. All the facilities are modern, new and always in a good condition making it a pleasure using them.”

Why would you recommend your course / NTU to someone looking to study in that area?

“I would highly recommend my course to anyone looking to study digital marketing as I believe the course provides the knowledge both on how to manage a digital marketing role but also provides the technical tools needed for a job in the field.”

What do you believe sets us apart from other Business Schools?

“The huge diversity of students studying at NBS makes it an experience not to be missed. Let’s not forget that university is not only about studying. Getting to know people from so many countries can provide a significant understanding of cultures, different experiences and broaden horizons.”

What has been your greatest achievement at NTU so far?

“My election as an academic representative is one of the most important moments so far at NBS (Nottingham Business School). The ability of helping others with their struggles is a wonderful emotion I can’t really describe. Additionally, being able to sit in the committee with the course staff is an experience that will sure help me in my future career.”

Have you taken up any opportunities offered by NBS? How has this contributed to your university experience?

“There are so many activities and opportunities offered by NBS. Some of the most important things I’ve taken part in are Thinkubator and the IoD £10 challenge. All the events offered at NBS are a great way to improve skills you think are necessary for your personal development making the university experience more personalised.
