Your first steps to becoming a Chartered Surveyor
Our courses are accredited by the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS). After graduating you’ll be eligible to begin your Assessment of Professional Competence (APC): the on-the-job training scheme needed to become a Chartered Surveyor.

The award is open to offer holders starting a full-time undergraduate degree in September 2026. Each award is worth £3,250 for each year of the three-year taught undergraduate degree and will be paid in termly instalments.
