Apply to NTU SHIELD

To apply, please go to the In Place website.

We are asking for a CV and 400 words or a video blog about why you are interested in the placement and what skills you feel you can bring.

We are particularly interested in students who have had experience of face-to-face support work or caring roles with children or adults of any age. We are also interested in interviewing students who have completed the counselling toolbox module in their first year as this would have given them some of the skills needed to do therapeutic support work.

Alternatively, you may have been involved in project management or administration roles that could be used to support the running of SHIELD.
