What did you most enjoy about your course?
“The range of facilities at NTU are excellent. I also really appreciated the great insights and industry examples used in our lectures.”
Can you tell us about the inspiration behind your postgraduate collection?
“My MA project is about social media and its influences on our society.”
How did it feel to finish your collection and be part of the MA show, Mastered?
“I felt accomplished and Mastered was a great opportunity to showcase my personal collection.”

What is the most valuable thing you learnt from studying MA Fashion Knitwear Design?
“The most valuable lesson I learnt was how to successfully experiment with different techniques and how to apply them to my project.”
Did the course include any speakers or lecturers from industry?
“Absolutely - they were all engaging, interactive and inspiring. I particularly loved the one by Timo Rissanen.”
How did you find the facilities available to you?
“The MA studio was a great space to use, as was the knit room. The Bonington Gallery is an inspiring area and showcases fantastic curated shows whilst the library has everything you need for your studies.”
Why would you recommend your course / NTU to someone looking to study knitwear?
“The course is very independent so you can be creative with it as you like. It really encourages you to delve into your personal ideas.”
