Why did you want to study an MBA course?

"I wanted to study an MBA course as this is widely recognised as one of the best qualifications in management and I wanted to use this to further develop my career."

Why did you choose to study at NTU?

"I chose to study at here as I had completed my degree with NTU and had positive experiences from my previous time. I also preferred the method of study option at NTU, with face-to-face teaching and structured learning instead of distance/online options, as offered by other institutions."

What stands out about Nottingham Business School?

"Nottingham Business School is well recognised with additional benefits of membership – it’s a nice building to visit with many catering options and study rooms available."

How do you believe this course will affect both your current job role and future career?

"I have already been promoted to a higher-level position since starting this course, so I believe this course will continue to further my professional and personal development. I am hoping that completing this course will allow me to apply for higher senior management roles and give me ample practical experience."

How would you rate the teaching and support staff on this course?

"The teaching and support staff on this course has been very good, particularly around assignment questions. I believe that NBS (Nottingham Business School) has responded very well to the change in study delivery around Covid-19, with many materials made available online."

What is your favourite thing about your course?

"My favourite thing is learning the real elements of business. The modules are very topical so you can easily relate these to your own experiences and add in your perspectives."

What skills and experience have you gained as part of this course? Has there been anything that you were not expecting?  

"I have grown in confidence since joining this course and I’m proud of my achievements so far in getting back into academic writing, whilst juggling the demands of a full-time role. I was not expecting to enjoy getting back to studying so much and I’m pleased that my grades reflect my commitment to each assignment."
