I was ecstatic when I was offered my place on BSc (Hons) Chemistry. It was such a boost and really got me excited to go to university.

More about Tim

I fell in love with Clifton campus when I was looking round the University on the Open Day and I found the course to be really well presented and suited towards my way of learning. When I got my results I applied for BSc (Hon) Chemistry at NTU through Clearing and I was accepted. The process of applying through Clearing was really easy and straight forward, I called NTU and asked if they had any places on the course I wanted and what grades they required. It was really well organised and I found out whether I got in pretty much straight away. If I were to give someone applying through Clearing any advice it would be to try not to stress too much if you don’t get into your first choice university. There are plenty of options available through Clearing. Also make sure you know what you will do if you don't do as well as you had hoped.

I was ecstatic when I was offered my place on BSc (Hons) Chemistry as I was so down after being rejected for my first choice. It was such a boost and really got me excited to go to university. There is no stigma at all for students coming through. I am just as accepted as anyone else here plus I’m doing a course I love!
