Exclusively for postgraduate mature (age 21+) students, College Drive offers an affordable option in a great location on the Clifton Campus. This group of eight houses is a stone’s throw from lecture halls and social facilities – and only a bus ride away from the City site and city centre. Each house has between three and five bedrooms and shared bathroom and kitchen facilities. A comfortable living room provides a place to get to know your housemates – and makes it feel like a real home from home!

It’s just a 30-minute bus ride to the lively city centre, where you can explore a huge range of food and drink, shopping, entertainment, nightlife, sport, music, and cultural options.   • This residence has some ground floor rooms, none of which have level access.
  • Medication fridges can be provided in individual rooms where medically necessary.
  • There is parking outside this residence operated by NTU, and is free of charge.
  • Vibrating pillows and flashing alarms can be implemented for students with a hearing impairment
  • This residence does not have any adapted rooms, however, it may be possible to install grab rails if required.
