Trade Union Facility Time – Reporting Requirements
Section 13 of the Trade Union Act 2016 introduced a new requirement to publish data on facility time afforded to Trade Union representatives in ‘public sector organisations’ including HEI’s in England and Scotland. In accordance with these requirements, the University’s position is stated in the facility time reporting requirements. This also forms part of the wider reporting by the Cabinet Office.
