"My Master of Business Administration (MBA) at NTU  broadened my leadership and strategic approach to the work environment. It helped give me a helicopter view when tackling problems, a better ability to coordinate teams, as well as being able to identify and develop the key strengths of team members.

"The standout part of the course for me was when we focused on critical analysis in assignments, how we valued teamwork, alongside having a strategic focus and ability to handle change.  The experience of working on international and local consultancy projects was a highlight and how we were taught to apply theory to real work situations.

"I chose the MBA because it offered flexibility and also part-time study options. The university also has a very good reputation here in Zimbabwe.

"I now work as a part-time management consultant, and in the field of medical insurance consultancy. I am also the Chief Executive of a catering industry pension fund.

"I still stay in touch with most of my  NTU friends and we sometimes meet up at weekends.

"In terms of my writing, I started it as a hobby back in 2012. My novel, The Sacred Passage, was completed in 2017 and has a political focus. It highlights the corrupting nature of power, betrayal, and dominance."
