In today’s disruptive and turbulent world, resilience is a crucial characteristic of any high-performing leader. A resilient leader is able to recover from setbacks and overcome adversities – ensuring a successful and long-lasting career.
Whether you’re an emerging, aspiring, or seasoned leader, this microcredential will help you build strong, resilient teams with the critical leadership skills you need for challenging times. Work through engaging modules at your own pace, start any time and choose from one of three assessment hand-in dates over the academic year.
At the end of the microcredential, you’ll gain accreditation from Nottingham Business School (NBS), part of Nottingham Trent University, to certify your leadership skills.
