Introduction:
Around 1 in 7 people identify as neurodivergent, making it essential for organisations to understand and effectively manage neurodiversity in the workplace.
This short course equips professionals to recognise and support neurodivergent colleagues, fostering environments that value difference and enable everyone to perform at their best.
Designed for managers, HR professionals and EDI specialists, the course builds awareness of neurodiversity and common neurodivergent conditions such as autism, ADHD and dyslexia. You’ll gain practical insight into the law surrounding invisible disabilities, learn to identify and implement reasonable adjustments, and explore strategies to leverage neurodivergent strengths for greater organisational success.
