Our summer courses run Monday to Friday 10 am – 4 pm for one week at our City Campus, with optional accommodation just a few minutes’ walk from where you’ll be studying.

3D Digital Technologies for 15 - 17 Year Olds
On this course you’ll learn about model-making and how new digital technologies are being used to enhance physical prototyping and visual presentation techniques.
Animation for 15 - 17 Year Olds
This weeklong Animation course will provide you with an introduction to digital animation using Adobe Animate CC and Wacom Cintiq tablets. By the end of the course you will have a good understanding of the Adobe software and its capabilities, and you will have produced a series of short projects that demonstrate your new skills in making crazy animated characters.
Architecture for 15 - 17 Year Olds
This course will introduce you to contemporary approaches to design, with ingenious projects that will develop your awareness of how designers are shaping the modern world we live in.
Art Portfolio for 15 - 17 Year Olds
This is a very practical course which gives you the opportunity to experiment with both 2D and 3D art techniques. It’s the perfect way to build your portfolio if you do not have an art foundation and are thinking about further studies.
Car Design for 15 - 17 Year Olds
The course is ideal if you’re interested in cars and how they are designed, or are thinking of further studies in product design, industrial design or transport design.
Concept Art for Game Design for 15 - 17 Year Olds
This course focuses on the process of image-making in the game design industry. It's hands-on, taught in a series of practical workshops and group sessions. This course is ideal if you are considering a future in game design, animation or creative media.
Creative Writing for 15 - 17 Year Olds
On this course, you will learn how to turn ideas into creative, original writing. Whether you're interested in fiction or want to write screenplays, it'll help you to create impact with the right choice of words and provides a structured approach to establishing a life in writing.
Fashion Design Portfolio for 15 - 17 Year Olds
On this course you'll learn how to create fashion concepts, taking your designs from an initial idea and sketch to a developed garment.
Fashion Making for 15 - 17 Year Olds
On this practical course, you’ll learn the three most important skills in making womenswear: how to cut a pattern, how to use a sewing machine and how to make adjustments to a pattern. It’s ideal if you are new to making clothes and want to learn either for personal projects or to add work to a portfolio.
Fashion Visual Merchandising for 15 - 17 Year Olds
This practical course will give you the opportunity to experience what it's like to design and develop your own ideas through visual merchandising in the exciting and fast paced world of fashion retail.
Graphic Design Portfolio for 15 - 17 Year Olds

Textile Design and Sustainability for 15 - 17 Year Olds
This course provides you with knowledge about sustainable textile design and the skills to work creatively with natural materials in a creative, playful and hands-on way. As a young, ambitious designer, you’ll be introduced to all aspects of textile design, investigating fundamental principles in colour, form, scale, pattern and composition.
TV Presenting for 15 - 17 Year Olds
This course gives you an introduction to television presenting, ideal for anyone with an interest in journalism and media.
