What makes an NTU summer school different?
We take pride in our quality teaching, student support services, and commitment to sustainability - all of which have won several awards. Our dedication to these areas shines through in all of our courses and has helped to make NTU one of the most popular universities in the UK.
Below are a few more reasons for studying a short course with us over the summer.

Learn new skills with experienced tutors
Our programme is delivered by experts who understand what university admissions tutors are looking for.
As a summer school student, you'll have the chance to ask questions, experience university life and ultimately make an informed decision about your future.

Make new friends who share your interests
Our summer school is popular with people from all corners of the UK, across Europe and throughout the world. We'll provide you with ideas of things to do in the evenings, and the freedom to explore them at your own pace.
100% of students that completed summer schools with us in 2023 said that they would love to attend another course with us. That's something we're really proud of.
The option of single-room, ensuite accommodation
If you’d like to stay on campus during your summer school, we offer single rooms in shared apartments in our halls of residence, just a minute’s walk to the summer school studios and all of Nottingham's attractions. This also counts towards your DofE Gold Residential award.
Accredited by the Duke of Edinburgh Gold Award
All of our courses meet the criteria for the DoE Gold Award Residential when you add accommodation to your order.
