What's included

If you’d like to stay on campus for the duration of your summer school, we offer single rooms in shared apartments in Nottingham Trent University’s halls of residence, just a minute’s walk to the summer school studios and all of Nottingham's attractions.

Our accommodation offers:

  • single rooms with a private bathroom
  • a shared kitchen area with white goods, crockery and basic cooking utensils for preparing meals
  • free Wi-Fi
  • reception staff and 24-hour security
  • bed linen on arrival, with rooms serviced once per week
  • a coin-operated launderette
  • if you book this option, you will meet the criteria for your Duke of Edinburgh Gold Award residential.

You must be aged 18 or over to make a booking.

If aged 15, you can stay as long as you are accompanied by a parent/guardian.

If aged 16 or 17, you can stay unaccompanied with agreement from a parent/guardian by completing a consent form before arrival. Download the consent form here.

Safeguarding information

To support safeguarding, all guests aged 16 and 17 will be accommodated together in the same halls of residence. The reception and security team are available 24 hours, and there will be a dedicated supervisor(s) during the evenings and mornings, outside of class times. Guests will be provided with a mobile number for the supervisor(s) during their stay.

This course can count as your Gold DofE Residential if you book both the course and accommodation on campus.

Please note, accommodation is not included in your course fee.
