Our provision has been developed in collaboration with our partner schools. We support teachers at every stage of their careers and offer schools a range of activities to support the recruitment and development of staff.

With 60 years’ experience in providing teacher training, our courses are demanding and highly rewarding, providing trainees with the opportunity to become outstanding educators. Our routes offer flexibility in the balance between school-based and university-based training. Our aims are to develop trainees’ professional identities; their knowledge, skilful pedagogy and practice; and to enable them to make a significant contribution to education and to develop and lead change.
