More about Sam
“I chose to study this course as it is a great opportunity included by the company in the area I wanted to study.
“The teaching blocks so far have been very full on with about four or five lectures a day, but very interesting. I have learnt a lot about different subjects and met some lovely people.
“My favourite module has been the HACCP (Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points). At first I found it tough, but I worked hard to understand it and going through the process really helped. I also enjoy doing practicals in the food processing laboratory.
“All the course tutors are so lovely and respond so quickly. They are extremely helpful when you’re stuck on something and very welcoming.
“The course is great so far and I am looking forward to the next year!”
