More about Darren

Why NTU?

Why did you choose to study a postgraduate degree?

"I knew that studying at a Masters level was the only way I could get myself out of being frustrated in practice. I had many thoughts and ideas from my practice experience that I wanted to research and get validated."

Why did you choose your course at NTU?

"Many of the local universities in Birmingham had stopped doing a Masters in youth work. I decided to apply for NTU and was delighted when I had my interview and really became quite excited to get started. Some of my colleagues in Birmingham were taught by the team at NTU and I'd heard many great things about them."

What’s your experience been like of your course so far?
