Open House

Our open house on Saturday 31 July and Sunday 1 August is a great opportunity to safely visit our campuses in person and to get to know the University and your subject in more detail.

Book your place to visit us in person and get a feel for life as a student at NTU.

City Campus

What's in store at the open house?

You'll be able to look at our range of accommodation and take student-led tours of the campus and your subject facilities. Tours of Nottingham city centre will be available from our City Campus.

Our inspiring staff and current students will be available to answer your questions and give you a real sense of what it's like to study at NTU.

Measures are in place on campus to keep everyone safe and the event will be delivered in accordance with guidance from the Government.

Each day of the open house will be delivered in two sessions – the morning session, which starts at 9 am and ends at 1.30 pm and the afternoon session, which starts at 1.30 pm and ends at 6 pm.

Getting to our campuses

City Campus

If you’re travelling to Nottingham by car, we recommend you use the city's park and ride services, as parking in the centre can quickly become expensive and there is no on-campus parking provision. We recommend that you use one of the following sites and board any tram serving Toton Lane or Clifton South:

  • The Forest (NG7 6AQ) – journey time: approximately 5 minutes to the Nottingham Trent University stop
  • Wilkinson Street (NG7 7NW) – journey time: approximately 10 minutes to the Nottingham Trent University stop
  • Phoenix Park (NG8 6AS) – journey time: approximately 20 minutes to the Nottingham Trent University stop.

Make sure you buy a ticket before you board the tram and alight at the Nottingham Trent University stop. It is now mandatory to wear a face covering on public transport. Visit the Nottingham Express Transit (NET) website for more information on the city’s Park and Ride services.

Visit the Nottingham City Council website for more information on parking in Nottingham city centre.
