Effective, sustainable supply chains are vital as markets re-open, and pandemic pressures are on!

Take advantage of our fully-funded supply chain workshops and consultancy support, commencing in March 2022.

Designed for senior management teams who have responsibility for supply chain management, the workshops will be delivered by procurement specialists from our Nottingham Business School (NBS).

What's more, there is no cost attributed to this activity for eligible SMEs.

What will the consultancy include?

The focus of these workshops will be on how supply chains can add value, alleviate risks and protect your business.

Our offer to your business includes:

  • 3 x 2hr procurement workshops
  • procurement maturity self-assessment
  • approximately 30 hours of consultancy support
  • a 20% grant to fund salary requirements for a graduate level role

For further information, please download our guide to supporting your chain chain strategy.

The whole process was very useful - the workshops, both the one to-one consultancy, and additional tools that were provided. It helped us to understand how we need to manage the overall process. The workshop and discussions showed us there is more to managing the supply chain process. The consultancy is especially crucial now and useful for SMEs. I think the supply chain will have a huge impact on the profitability businesses.
